Trace of price(?) having been removed from top corner of front free endpaper and previous ownership inscription (J.D. Samber, Trinity College, Oxford) to verso of ffep. Small stain to bottom edge. Bright red cloth boards. Gilt lettering on spine. Spine slightly darkened. Overall condition VG+. No dust wrapper.
